BlowerDoor Standard with DG-700

The automatic BlowerDoor test

With the pressure gauge DG-700 and the software TECTITE Express included in the package, you can conduct highly accurate automated BlowerDoor tests.

The fan is started by triggering the release button from your notebook or, when you do quality assurance as a 1-point test, directly from your digital pressure gauge DG-700 (cruise control). While the BlowerDoor builds up and maintains a constant negative pressure, you locate leaks and seal them. The speed of the BlowerDoor is automatically adjusted to the changed conditions. The air change rate n₅₀ is displayed clearly on your laptop screen.

The BlowerDoor measurement series according to the applicable standard is computer-controlled via your notebook and the software TECTITE Express. All collected data is fed into the standard-compliant BlowerDoor test report for evaluation and documentation. This report contains queries and evaluations in accordance with the European Standard DIN EN 13829. The layout of the certificate can be customised in Excel. If necessary, you can also conduct the BlowerDoor measurement by hand without a notebook and then manually enter the measured values in the software. The current volume flow at 50 Pascal and the natural pressure differences are shown directly on site.

The digital pressure gauge DG-700 also convinces as a stand-alone device:

Test the operability of exhaust air systems, conduct a rapid functional test of ventilation systems with heat recovery and measure the volume flow at exhaust air valves in connection with the Exhaust Fan Flow Meter. In combination with the Minneapolis BlowerDoor and the a-value measuring set you can also determine the air infiltration at window joints following the European Standard DIN EN 12207.
